I had a Mommy Monday post scheduled, but I canceled to save for a later date. I felt the urgency, in the wake of a loss in our community, to issue a challenge. Here's my thought. I think it would be great if we all thought about the person in our family who is photographed the LEAST. Obviously for lots of us it's NOT our kids. Maybe it's the husband, a grandfather, grandmother, uncle, or maybe you! Here's the challenge; make it a point to photograph that person more during this upcoming holiday season. If it's you, because you're the one most often with the camera, it won't hurt to pass it to someone else for a bit during the festivities. Give them instructions to focus on you. haha!
What are you leaving for your children? They need more than just memories in their head, they need them on film to be passed along to later generations.
