For me, it's very exciting to have been a part of this project from the beginning.  It's so awesome to see Susie's heart for this project and how provision has arrived this year to take it where she first envisioned it would showcase.

Step by step this project evolves into something so beautiful each year. I just can't imagine the places it might go next. I love working with people who have a vision and a passion to see things to completion…and most of all people who have a genuine heart for the community.

Congratulations Susie, I can't wait to celebrate all that you have worked so hard to make happen. How special this night will be for so many children, young adults, and families...

….like Gina! My sweet, new friend, that I spent some time with taking pictures. She was a little apprehensive at first, about using the camera, but quickly grew to love the idea that she could photograph anything she absolutely wanted. Isn't she beautiful!? Can't wait for her to see her photography displayed at the museum… she will be so proud!

Look 2013 | A Gallery Exhibit

Working with Family Connections of Greenville on a sweet, sweet project. A gallery exhibit of special needs children at the Children's Museum in March of 2013! The aim of the gallery is to showcase children in normal everyday activities, my favorite way to photograph - incognito. However, I think he enjoyed and definitely noticed the camera nearby. Such a sweet face and cute dimples, and quite the "ham" pretending to be an angel with the ring on his head. I am completely excited that they would think of me for such a lovely project...AND the space of the children's museum will be a dream to design a photographic display around. Not to mention the opportunity to work with some incredible kids, whose smile and laughter can light up a world.
